At Resan Medical Wear, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical scrubs and uniforms that meet professional standards. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation & Shipping Fees

To confirm your order, the shipping fee must be paid in advance.

Orders are processed and dispatched only after confirmation of shipping payment.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are entitled to inspect their order in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

Please note:

Inspection is limited to visually checking the items received.
Trying on, measuring, or testing items during delivery is not permitted, in accordance with the shipping company’s regulations.
Any issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) must be reported immediately while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves the delivery location, the order is considered accepted.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of medical uniforms and scrubs:

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after acceptance of delivery.
Acceptance of delivery is confirmed once the courier leaves the premises.
Orders that have been received and accepted are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality control.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or incorrect item:

The issue must be reported immediately during inspection with the courier present.
If confirmed, we will coordinate appropriate resolution in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

5. Custom & Embroidered Items

All custom-made, personalized, or embroidered items (including names, logos, or specialty designs) are considered specially manufactured products.

Accordingly:

Custom or embroidered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once production has begun, orders for customized items cannot be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, sizes, and design details before order confirmation.

This condition complies with consumer protection rules regarding customized goods.
