If an order is canceled after payment confirmation, the appropriate refund (if applicable) will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect items upon delivery in the presence of the courier only.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons:

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after acceptance of delivery.
Custom and embroidered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any issue must be reported during inspection with the courier present.

This policy complies with applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

For customized or embroidered items:

Customers are responsible for confirming all details (size, spelling, design).
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
