At Resan Medical Wear, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

1. Order Confirmation

  • Shipping fees must be paid in advance to confirm your order.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation of shipping payment.

  • Orders without shipping confirmation will not be dispatched.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom or embroidered orders may require additional production time (usually 3–7 business days, depending on order details).

Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Egypt:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping company and destination area.

Resan Medical Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers may inspect their order in the presence of the courier.

Please note:

  • Inspection is limited to checking the items received.

  • Trying on or measuring items during delivery is not permitted according to courier company regulations.

  • Any issue must be reported immediately while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and are clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
